		<description>I love several methods!   I love to pressure cook whole chicken when making soup....the meat comes out so incredibly moist, and then have broth as well. It&#039;s also a great tool to cook up several breasts to use for something else like pulled chicken, anything where you might use chopped chicken, one pot meals etc.

The grill is my friend too!  Love it for veggies, steaks, slow cook chicken, pork tenderloin and fish!  Great using a plank for the fish as well.

Can&#039;t forget my convection oven.....again love my veggies cooked here, roasting a chicken and one pot meals as well...</description>

		<description>Dave - I am a huge fan of this technique, I use it at least 2 - 3 times per week, in fact tonight I am planning on chicken thighs this way.  Note, I frequently put my vegatables right in the same pan just before popping it in the oven.... less clean up AND delish!</description>
